Battle of the Beach Bod’s 2: This Time Its Science!

Medpoint Healthcare Centre and Aric Sudicky have teamed up to conduct the new, improved version of “Battle of the Beach Bod’s” organized with CJBK Radio in London, Ontario.  Both afternoon show hosts (Alan & Mike) will undergo a full medical evaluation (including blood work) before beginning their fitness regimes. The catch, only one host (Alan) will be working under Aric’s supervision.  The winner will be determined based on body composition changes as well as more “health” related factors such as improvements in identified blood chemistry issues and VO²Max approximation.

Aric will air live Tuesday afternoons at 4:40pm to provide listeners with workout tips and Al’s training update for the week!
